Regional Representative - Senegal & Gambia
Elimane has gained vast experience in various fields of tourism and destination development having worked for the Ministry of Tourism and Air Transport of Senegal reporting directly to the Minister as Chief of Staff. His experience in well-established companies ( amongst other the famous Terrou Bi resort) and various other ministries gave him an oversight of international investor relations strategies and in particular the hotel and hospitality sector where he developed his skills extensively.
He graduated in Business Administration at the Dakar University of Economics & Tourism.
Having joined HAM in 2020 he is responsible for the development of the group’s ongoing and new projects in the hospitality and tourism sector in Senegal and the neighboring Gambia and in particular new resorts and hotels near the new International Airport of Dakar. His goals include strengthening the quality of the portfolio and increasing cooperation with our Regional representatives in Morocco and West Africa.
Sustainable tourism development, asset management and structured operator/ investor search in line with HAM’s strategy will represent another focal point of his activities.
