Klaus has more than 30 years’ experience in management and development of restaurants, bars, bistros, conference centres and catering organisations after having worked for various cruise ship companies globally as well as Intercontinental, McDonald's and JJW. He holds degrees from the Hotel School Salzburg - Klessheim and Cornell University New York.
After his career in F&B management, he worked on the restructuring and development of new F&B outlets for the Imperial Hotels AG and the Intercontinental Vienna among numerous others. Klaus is also owner of three renowned Restaurants in Vienna, namely the YOHM, FRANK'S and the MERCADO.
In 2015 he joined HAM and ever since he has been working as Director of F&B, overseeing challenging and fascinating projects in hotel advisory and development throughout Eastern Europe.
