The requirements/preferences of the hotel group is to have at least 2 hotels per city.
General Location to look for these Hotels are Germany, Austria and all CEE countries. The cities which are on the radar are Budapest, Vienna, Bucharest, Sofia, Belgrade, Sarajevo, Warsaw...
Preferences for the types of contracts the Hotel Group is looking for can include managment, lease or hybrid agreements.
