HAM prepares the relevant stipulated submission documents for zoning permits in cooperation with local architects and in compliance with all local hospitality standards. After finalisation of the architectural planning our team oversees the final building permit documents for submission to the local authorities. HAM will also supervise further proceeding in order to reduce the time exposure.
